*Large Pork Shoulder (trim the fat off)
*3-5 cups of water. (fill water reaches 1/4 of the way up)
*1 minced garlic clove (about 2 TBS)
*1 can sweetened condensed milk
*1 TBS cinnamon
*1 can coke (the real stuff - not diet)Cooking Instructions:
Place everything in the crock pot in the morning. Cook 8-12 hours on low until tender and shreds easily.

What about the sugar in the sweetened condensed milk? Do you have an alternative?
Oh, and the coke. That's a lot of sugar...which is the enemy.
Ha ha ha! You are absolutely right about the sugar content. We are not eating this right now. Once we reach our goal weight, we are going to slowly add small portions of sugars back in. You better believe this will be one of our first meals. :) Thanks for the comments.
